How do I book?

You can book and pay for your event via our website by following some simple steps.
Step 1: Sign up to register your details. This is a simple process which will only take a few minutes.
Step 2: Select your package including dates and quantities
Step 3: Confirm your order and make payment.

How do I pay?

The Payments page takes you through the simple payments process. Payment options include:

  • Credit card payments
    We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and American Express. Please note a 3% transaction fee applies for VISA and MASTERCARD, 3.5% for AMEX payments. You can either make your credit card payment online, or with our customer service team.
  • Cheque
    Cheques should be made payable to Platinum Pass and must be received to confirm your booking.
  • Direct deposit

When is my booking confirmed?

Bookings are tentatively confirmed when you place your order. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received by Platinum Pass, and you will then receive a confirmation email.

Can I change / cancel my booking?

You can add to your booking at any time at no extra charge, subject to availability. Either add to your existing order online, or contact our customer service team on 1300 766 332.
Most cancellations incur a cancellation fee; however this is subject to individual supplier terms and conditions.

Do I get charged booking fees?

There is no charge for you to make a booking through Platinum Pass.

How / when will I receive my tickets?

On confirmation of your payment you will receive your event package details. Ticketing packages are sent to you prior to the event via registered mail/express post. We aim to have all ticketing packages sent 2 weeks prior to the event; however this is subject to supplier policy and ticketing arrangements.

What is the Platinum Pass loyalty program and how do I redeem my loyalty points?

The Platinum Pass loyalty program is our loyalty program. It rewards you for using Platinum Pass, and is our way of saying 'thank you' for letting us help you satisfy your corporate hospitality needs. You can redeem your loyalty points when you make your next booking with Platinum Pass, or you may prefer a Gift Certificate from David Jones or Myer as our reward to you.
