Problem

Clients required Premium seating but did not like the large on site dining room.

Solution

The women’s final experience was teamed a degustation menu in private dining facilities at The Little Press Cellar. We arranged that George Calamboris came out to chat with guests, signed books andcorporate gifts were supplied. At our Crown Towers function on Sunday prior to the Men’s final we able to offer premium table locations, and Platinum Pass partner guests met Pat Rafter privately with photographs prior to the lunch. It was also arranged that a particular client’s guest won a signed racket.

Result

The whole weekend was exceptionally well received and is still talked about now. The guest of our client has his racket framed and up on his office wall. Overall it was a very personal and memorable experience for all concerned. Clients are loyal as a result of a well thought out and caring approach, based on the knowledge of the clients’ love of tennis and fine food.
